Building a Strategic Digital Hub for Veterinary Engagement
Collaborated with the Technical Veterinary Advisor and CX Manager to create a centralized digital education hub for veterinary professionals across New Zealand. I led the creative and content strategy, from banner advertising to visual hierarchy, ensuring the platform engaged users while supporting product education. Working closely with a Drupal developer, I structured the hub’s subject areas and user pathways, crafting an intuitive, seamless experience that aligned with both customer needs and the company’s broader brand and marketing goals.
